In-Person Cessation Counseling
FCPH offers free individual counseling with either Lisa Hilbert, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (Mayo Clinic Certified), or Robin Simonson, Tobacco Treatment Specialist. To make an appointment, contact FCPH at 701-652-3087.
NDQuits — Free Resource for Adults
NDQuits offers several FREE options so you can find the one that works best for you. All NDQuits services include free counseling, advice, support, and free nicotine replacement products for those who qualify.

MyLifeMyQuit — Free, Confidential Resource for Teens
My Life My Quit is a free and confidential program to help teens quit vaping and other tobacco and nicotine products. If you have a teen in your life and think they might be vaping, let them know where they can go to get help with their nicotine addiction.

Alcohol Prevention
Alcohol is the most commonly used drug among youth in the state of North Dakota. Reducing the occurrence of underage drinking is a top priority in Foster County. Our alcohol prevention coordinator can answer any questions you may have regarding the alcohol prevention efforts in our county.

Naloxone (Narcan nasal spray) is available for free at Foster County Public Health, Carrington Drug, and Central Pharmacy.
Stop in for free naloxone today or give us a call for more information. Is your current naloxone expired? Bring it in and we'll exchange it.
Opioids. Fill with Awareness.
Look for a purple ONEbox near AEDs in the community. ONE Boxes contain Narcan along with video instructions that any bystander can use.
