Respiratory Vaccine Consent (PDF)

Foster County Public Health is the only provider of childhood immunizations from 0-18 years of age in Foster County. Staff works with daycares, preschools and schools to ensure adequate protection against diseases. Our staff can vaccinate adults and assist those who are planning travel to other countries.

Immunizations are offered by appointment 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday (with the exception of holidays). Immunizations may also be available on a drop-in basis based on availability. Call 701-652-3087 to schedule an appointment.

We can bring immunizations to your workplace as well.

Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) will be provided at your appointment.
