Did You Know? Immunizations at Carrington Public School

Immunizations are available for 5th–12th graders to receive at Carrington Public School on Wednesdays.

  • Parents must fill out forms and provide consent prior to child receiving vaccine(s).

Important Deadline

If your child still needs to get up to date with school immunizations, you only have until October 1st before your child could be excluded from school.

Section 23-07-17.1 of North Dakota State Law mandates all students in kindergarten through grade twelve meet a minimum number of required immunizations prior to school entrance.

Immunizations at Midkota High School – Students & Staff

Available on the second Wednesday of each month.

  • Call (701) 652-3087 to schedule an appointment for students or staff.
  • Students must be scheduled and have a parent/guardian sign an authorization form before shots will be given at school.
  • Any vaccines can be given.
